Add sugar and vanilla gradually while continuing to whisk


We add a spoonful of juice .


The third stage:

Gradually add the albumen mixture to the yolk, stirring with a tablespoon


We put the mixture during a cake pan greased with butter


Put the cake into a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes
